Chief Financial Officer

Plousaki has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April
2023. Mrs. Plousaki has also served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the
Company from June 2021 to April 2023, during which time she has been
responsible for all financial reporting requirements. From 2020 to June 2021,
she was employed by Drew Marine, a global maritime company, as EMEA Regional
Controller. In 2011 Mrs. Plousaki joined the Athens branch of Ernst and Young
(Hellas), where she progressed to Senior Manager and served as an external
auditor specializing in audits of US listed shipping companies until 2020. Mrs.
Plousaki is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Athens and
a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from the University of Athens and
the Greek Institute of Chartered Accountants.
